NOTICE OF NEW SPAM FEES

Nimblemail.net charges fees for SPAM emails.  We protect our users against all SPAM, and all other forms of unsolicited emails.  This fee is necessary to fund the extra administrative overhead produced by illegal and or unwanted SPAM.  Unsolicited emails waste hours of time and costs thousands of dollars in security, hardware, software and internet bandwidth fees.

The fee for sending any SPAM or unsolicited emails to ANY user of nimblemail.net is $10,000.00 USD (ten thousand dollars, US Dollars) per incident (per email).

If a user receives SPAM from you, we will incur a grace-period for a single email.  However if our user reports they selected UNSUBSCRIBED, yet you continue to send emails, your company, business or organization will be billed $10,000.00 per email sent afterwords.

WHY HAVE WE INSTITUTED THIS FEE?

Unsolicited emails cost user user hours sifting through unwanted solicitations.

Nimblemail.net has a tremendous administrative overhead to deal with the requests, filters, and SPAM warnings to offenders.

Bandwidth is expensive.  SPAM companies should have to pay for the bandwidth they consume, not the users and service providers.

WHY IS THE FEE SO HIGH?

Actually the fee is much lower than federal fines associated with SPAM which easily can exceed $51,744.00.
